About Us
Jeff Hall formed the company, which is based on the outskirts of Lakenheath, Suffolk in 1995.
Hall Contracts Limited mainly provides construction services in East Anglia covering most of Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and North Essex.
We have a well trusted, experienced and skilled workforce and hold SMAS certification.
Meet The Team
Jeff has been involved in the Construction Industry for around 40 years, managing his own business for most of this time. Starting as a small bricklaying contractor, the business has developed into a full construction Company involved in most aspects of the industry.

Will has around 30 years experience in the Construction industry, over 20 of those years with Balfour Beatty/Mansells. He is responsible for complete domestic builds from scratch, overseeing and organising all on site labour, reviewing quality of build and on site Health & Safety matters.
Will Scott
Contracts Manager
Jordan has over 15 years experience working within the construction industry. He is responsible for the commercial operations within the business, including monitoring labour payments and working with clients to ensure they are happy with valuations and that additional costs are communicated in a timely manner.

Quantity Surveyor
Emma is the Finance Manager for the company who oversees all of the financial affairs for the company, she has over 17 years’ experience working as an accountant and has specialised in finance for the construction industry for over 8 years.
