• Scaffold erection
• Remove and replace all rainwater gutters and downpipes with Lindab steel guttering
• Lay 400mm rockwool or similar insulation to roof void
• Structural alterations to internal walls
• Take up exsiting decking and support joists, carry out repairs to existing blockwork walls, construct new supporting blockwork walls as required, install new timber support joists in preparation for new decking boards
• Supply and install non-slip timber decking
• Replacement doors and windows
• Carry out electrical alterations and installations including repositioning consumer unit
• Carry out heating alterations and installations including new Hot Water cylinder and replacment radiators etc.
• Alterations to Shower Room
• Full redecoration throughout including making good walls, ceilings and woodwork prior to redecoration
• Replace floor finishes
• External hard landscaping including new driveway
• New fencing and gates
